We will telephone you the evening before the day of charter to confirm that the weather is suitable for diving. The payment balance is also payable at this time by card (except American Express) - sorry no cheques.

Should Sussex Voyages have to cancel your sailing due to unsuitable sea conditions, you will be given the opportunity to either rebook for a different day or receive a full refund.

Telephone our booking office on 0845 8387114.

Our helpful staff will give you the latest information on sailing times for your planned day.

We then take a 25% deposit (card payment) to secure your charter. (American Express not accepted.)

Voyages in our boat are also not suitable for certain medical conditions.

Please arrive with us at least 45 minutes before your planned sailing time.

You will be required to read our medical section of our Terms and Conditions and sign our passenger manifest, which records your name, address and the name and telephone of an emergency  contact (should we have an emergency)

Our staff will then issue (and fit) you with with a life jacket. These can be removed once we reach the dive site.
