Vessel Specifications

Our 10 metre Rigid Inflatable Boat (RHIB) is purpose built for coastal passenger tours and offers the speed and manoeuvrability allowing us to explore further than traditional boats would venture.

Similar (but bigger than) those used by the R.N.L.I. Our boat has great sea keeping abilities and is equipped with the latest electronics (including colour echo sounders, radar, colour chart plotter) and lifesaving equipment well in excess of the legal requirement.

Our boat is licensed and inspected by the Maritime Coastguard Agency (M.C.A.) and all our skippers hold professional qualifications and undergo extensive and continual training with the company.

We use computer-controlled engines with ultra low emissions. The vessel runs two engines simultaneously to increase safety and the engines are run at slightly different speeds to reduce underwater acoustics that may harm wildlife and the marine environment.
